We took delivery in early May and it took CAMPERS INN until September to fix everything. It went back 3 times to fix the floor right and twice to fix the shower curtain. The heat shield to protect the camper floor for the exhaust fell off forcing me to fix it while camping so I could drive it home. Every camping trip this season resulted in us finding another defect in the camper. CAMPERS INN never took ownership of the issues or stood behind the product that they sold blaming the manufacturer (Thor, don’t buy from them either). They took several times to fix everything. I sought resolution from everyone from the dealer up to the corporate level and was very disappointed with all of them. Customer Service is not in the CAMPES INN vocabulary. Nor do they have the ability or desire to fix anything. PLEASE DON’T GO THROUGH WHAT I DID. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN WALKING IN TO A CAMPERS INN DEALERSHIP.

Susan at the front desk was so personable and friendly and everyone there really made me feel like I've known them for years, and it was my first time meeting them. I never knew the place is so close to my home. I've already recommended somebody to go there to purchase their camper instead of New Hampshire. Also I'm a very handy person and the Service guy was showing me how I could fix these things myself and I really appreciate that kind of service. Thank you everyone for your hospitality!
DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM CAMPERS INN!! My wife & I tried to upgrade our travel trailer to our dream Class C. We needed to order a 2018 from the factory to accommodate our 2 year old’s car seat. We did so through Campers Inn in Union CT. They OVERPROMISED & UNDER DELIVERED on our camper. Our sales experience left a lot to be desired. After it was delivered a MONTH AFTER the delivery date promised, it had MORE THAN 20 THINGS WRONG with it. The high points were cuts in the floor, the car seat mounts loose and the shower curtain rod was not even attached to the wall.
This was the 4th dealership we visited. Everyone we interacted with was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We were able to come to an agreed price for our new camper and our trade-in and struck a deal on our first visit. Even after we agreed on our deal they still provided incentives.
Service people have been great! There aren't to many RV dealers I would recommend but, this is one I would. I can't speak to the other locations however, this one has been 5 star for me. Highly recommended.
